Diane Martin, PMP - President & CEO

Ms. Martin has served in a variety of technology leadership roles in both small and large organizations. She has successfully implemented several different software development frameworks, program management practices, and performance metrics programs. As a former Client Delivery Executive for Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Ms. Martin was responsible for a $140 million annual budget. She successfully addressed technology delivery issues in the areas of software and infrastructure project management, data center and help desk operations, and performance metrics. She achieved over 95% on-time completion of project milestones and successfully met all 30, 60 and 90-day contractual deliverables.

Wardell Townsend - Vice-President & COO

As a coach and consultant, Mr. Townsend provides skilled feedback resulting in outcomes appropriate to sensitive matters. Having served over 25 years as a leader in both public and private sectors, his experience is consulting and advising on organizational change, change management, executive coaching, management analysis, business process reviews, staffing plans, life –work balance issues, information technology, and executive branch and congressional relations.
